「落後生活與高科技文明的結合」一個未來與過去交疊的時代
故事背景建立於一個我們所熟悉的土地－台灣，為架構所創造的半未來世界，
擁有先進的科技，在以一定程度崩壞的社會結構做為對比，
一個接近Cyberpunk風格的世界觀。
劇情框架是關於社會秩序受到政府、財團亦或是祕密組織的高度控制，
而BOUNCE MAN這角色在一次意外中得到相關的能力或工具做出了某種突破，而展開一連串的故事。
人都該有獨立自主的創造性，獨一無二的自我才能創造更完美的世界。
在獨裁體制上（財團、秘密組織），強調自我，自由以及突破（革命）。

場景設定在我們熟悉的城市-台北，各個勢力分別對應到不同區域的風俗民情，為此，場景設計師Jun走訪台北的角落取材，街道口的垃圾桶、牆壁的質感都將更貼合我們的日常

本次Bounce man世界觀動畫主題曲『錯頻 ErrorFrequency』團隊製作，並由INTENTION®額外製作音樂錄影帶，使強烈的嘻哈音樂使作品完整度更貼合設定
