WOLF PACC 號召各地新血集結，將深夜狂歡的入教儀式作為試煉的試金石，無關宗教、性別、年齡、興趣，只要詠懷相同的革新理念，就能成為 WOLF PACC 的一份子，所有成員則被賦予「WARBABY」的榮譽名號，將狼人小隊唯一視為精神領袖並對舊體制吹起反抗號角，推翻現世社會中的偏見及壓迫，從惡意、消極之中得到解放。
